The ToS intro names two entities: Baba Entertainment Ltd. and Baba Global Inc. The DMCA agent address is 23 Begin Road, Tel Aviv, Israel; the site footer shows Baba Global INC at 27499 Riverview Center Blvd, 245, Bonita Springs, FL 34134. Third-party profiles (sweepstakescasino.com, next.io) describe an Israel-based studio led by Alon Shimony and Arin Ben Aharon, with payments through the Baba Global subsidiary and a further reported address at 741 Garden View Court, Suite 109, Encinitas, CA 92024. VerifyTheBrand notes the domain registrant is redacted and that it could not locate an authoritative US corporate-registry match for that California address — a transparency gap we can't close either. The platform launched in November 2024.
Governing law is Delaware, with non-arbitrated disputes exclusively in Delaware courts — and yet the arbitration section lists the hearing venue as "Tel Aviv/Israel" or remote. A US sweepstakes contract that may seat your hearing in Tel Aviv is, in our tracking, unique to this operator.
The Clause That Names This Page
