Where "1–10 Days" Comes From — and Where It Doesn't

Straight disclosure: we do not yet hold a first-party redemption log for Baba Casino the way we do for LoneStar or Real Prize. The 1–10 day window on our tracker is assembled from reported data — deadspin and pokerlistings both describe gift cards landing in under 24 hours and cash taking 3–10 business days depending on method, with large redemptions sometimes split into parts. Those are reviewer figures, not operator commitments and not our own timestamps. When we run our own redemptions here, this page gets the request-and-receipt table; until then, every number below carries that caveat.

What the Operator Actually Promises: Nothing

ToS v17.0 (June 28, 2026 capture) publishes no payout window at all. The redemption machinery is deferred wholesale to the Sweepstakes Rules — which 404 outside the app shell — and the only timing language in the ToS itself is open-ended: redemptions "will remain pending until all necessary verification checks have been completed" (VERIFICATION CHECKS), and you get 30 days to supply any requested documents before the account can be suspended or closed. There is no clock the operator has bound itself to. A ten-day wait breaks no promise, because no promise exists.

Day 10 Is Where the Complaints Start

The title of this page is the shape of the Trustpilot file. The representative complaint: a redemption "supposed to take up to 10 days" that still showed "pending" on day 10, with support offering only that the request had been "forwarded to the finance team." VerifyTheBrand's June 2026 review cites a Trustpilot claim of an unpaid $2,000 win at the one-month mark plus multiple long "in review" reports, and rates withdrawal risk MEDIUM — a rating we share. The offsetting evidence: reviewers consistently describe small redemptions as fast, the operator replies to 99% of negative reviews within about a day, and the overall pattern across ~3,000+ reviews is delay-not-denial. Larger amounts wait longer; we found no credible pattern of money simply never arriving.

The Mechanics That Stretch the Clock

Three specific gears sit between an approved request and your bank. First, the open-ended verification pend quoted above — the contract's only stated timeline is "until complete." Second, Sumsub KYC: typical document review runs 24–72 hours, but Sumsub has false-flagged mobile users as VPN traffic (PlayUSA hit this hands-on; completing the upload from a desktop was the fix). A false flag doesn't reject your redemption — it parks it. Third, splitting: reviewers report large redemptions paid in parts, and because the governing Sweeps Rules aren't publicly readable, neither the split threshold nor the schedule is verifiable. If your win is large, plan for tranches on an unknown calendar.

Payout Speed Log

Track your own request against the window. Enter when you submitted and what you're waiting on; the tool counts the days, compares them to the tracked 1–10 day range, and tells you what step makes sense at each stage — including when "forwarded to the finance team" stops being an acceptable answer.

If You're Past the Window

The productive escalation order, based on the complaint file: reply inside your existing support ticket rather than opening new ones (new tickets restart the queue); ask specifically whether the hold is a verification check, and if so which document is outstanding — that converts "pending" into something you can act on; re-run your Sumsub upload from a desktop if there is any chance a VPN or mobile network flag is involved; and keep dated screenshots of the request, the balance, and every support reply. The operator answers public Trustpilot reviews within about 24 hours, which players in the complaint file have used as a second channel once private support stalls. What doesn't help: resubmitting, or opening a chargeback — purchases are contractually "non-cancelable" and "non-refundable," and a chargeback is the fastest route to a closed account at any sweeps operator.

Our standard here is the same as everywhere on this site: first-party timestamps beat consensus, and consensus beats marketing. The window will move to first-party the day our own redemptions clear — and if the real numbers disagree with the reported 1–10, the correction will be published, not overwritten.
