The Rulebook in One Pass

The mechanics, from our 2026-08-13 capture: 1 SC redeems at US$1 (implied by §7.2.2), with a minimum balance of 100 SC (§7.2.2). Playthrough is nominally 1x — each SC must be "played in an Eligible Game one time" — but Eligible Games are slots only; every other game type is Play-Through Excluded (§7.2.1), so SC wagered at tables or live dealer never clears for redemption. Methods (§7.8): ACH bank transfer, gift cards to your registered email, and Visa/Mastercard debit only, with joint accounts refusable; payment goes exclusively to the original verified payment method of the account holder (§7.18). Redemptions can be limited to $1,000/day (§7.6) with one request per 24 hours (§7.7); Florida players are capped at $5,000 per single spin or play (§7.3; ToS Cl. 6.2.2); rewards over $10,000 may pay in weekly installments (ToS Cl. 6.2.1); and past $2,000 redeemed in a year a W-9 is required (§7.16), with SSN/TIN refusal grounds for termination with redemptions unprocessed (ToS Cl. 6.3.1, 18.2).

The 40 SC Cap, With the Actual Wording

§7.4 is the clause this platform is known for: winnings from free promotional SC — daily bonuses, Crystal Wheel, Visiting Rewards, Quests, all of it — are capped at 40 SC per account. The drafting is internally inconsistent, reading "curtailed to 40,00" in one spot and "$40" in another; the operator applies 40. Related ceilings: VIP level-up bonuses are non-redeemable and fall under the same cap (§7.19), and winnings from referral-bonus SC are redeemable only up to 5x the bonus, excess voided (§7.17). This is the machinery behind the most-quoted complaint on the platform's Trustpilot: "out of $500 in winnings, only $70 was cashable with the rest reverting to the site."

§7.4.1: The Proportional Mixed-Purchase Math

What happens when a win comes from a session funded by both free-promo SC and purchased (or purchase-bonus) SC? §7.4.1 answers: the winnings are attributed proportionally to their funding sources, and only the free-promo share is capped. Worked example: you wager 30 free SC and 70 purchased SC into a session and finish with 200 SC of winnings. The free share is 30 / 100 = 30%, so 60 SC of the winnings are promo-attributed — curtailed to 40. The purchased share, 140 SC, is untouched. Redeemable: 180 of the 200. The larger your free stake relative to your purchased stake, the more the cap bites — and an all-free session caps at 40 no matter how large the win.

Rules engaged

Models §7.4 (40 SC free-promo cap), §7.4.1 (proportional attribution on mixed funding), §7.2.1–7.2.2 (slots-only 1x, 100 SC floor, 1 SC = $1), §7.3 (Florida $5,000/spin), §7.6–7.7 ($1,000/day, one request/24h). The proportional split is our reading of §7.4.1's formula applied at session level; the operator's ledger attribution is authoritative. Wagered stakes are returned separately from winnings in this model — cross-check against your actual cashier.

    Three Rules That Interact Badly

The cap + the floor. A pure free-play account can never redeem: promo winnings cap at 40 SC, the floor is 100 SC, and signup grants no SC. Free coins only reach an exit when combined with the free coins themselves plus months of daily grinding — under a 60-day validity clock (Cl. 5.4) that resets only on login.

The metering + the expiry. A large win drains at $1,000/day, one request per 24 hours, while everything left on the account stays subject to the 60-day dormancy stack (Cl. 4.1.5–4.1.6). Stop logging in mid-cashout and the remainder can be forfeited without notice.

The slots-only playthrough + table games. The 1x requirement sounds trivial until you notice only slots count (§7.2.1). A player who deposits, plays blackjack, and wins has cleared nothing: every SC must still cycle through a slot once before redemption, at the slot's house edge. If you play tables here, budget one extra slot pass on your whole balance as a redemption tax.

    Next Steps

How fast the metered tranches actually arrive is documented in payout times (practice beats paper here). What free play is worth under the cap — and the 1 SC mail-in — is in free sweeps coins.
