One List, Two Brands
Pulsz Bingo does not have its own exclusion list. It inherits the Yellow Social Interactive list wholesale — the same 19 states as Pulsz, with the same Mississippi Gold-Coins-only carve-out — and every state exit since 2025 has hit both brands on the same day, as full platform exits [REPORTED]. If you cannot play Pulsz, you cannot play the bingo side either, and there is no scenario in the record where one YSI wallet survived a state exit that killed the other.
Marketing copy describes Pulsz Bingo as "available in 34 US states" (2026). Fifty states minus a 19-state exclusion list is 31, not 34; the marketing number only works if you count territories or GC-only access generously. We carry the list, not the slogan.

Four of those blocked entries were live markets recently: NY fell in March 2025; CT, LA, and MD in June 2025; California on December 15, 2025. Each exit closed accounts fully — remaining coins expired, purchased Gold Coins included [REPORTED]. California players got weeks of notice and a hard date; the coins died with the market anyway.

When A State Exit Happens, Your Balance Dies With It
The part affiliate pages skip: exclusion is not just about signup. The 2025 exits closed existing accounts, and the 60-day dormancy clause (Pulsz §6.11 mirror) means even a wind-down grace period only helps players who act. The AMOE makes it worse — envelopes must be postmarked from the state on your account address, so moving to an excluded state strands the account, and mail-in credits that lag up to 3 months can arrive at a market that no longer exists. If your state shows up in exit rumors, redeem at 25 SC (reported gift-card floor) or 100 SC (cash) and stop accumulating.
Also note what Mississippi's row actually means: you can log in, buy Gold Coins, and play bingo — and nothing ever comes back out. Money in, entertainment out. That is a legal product, but it is not the product the welcome offer implies.
