What The 2–7 Days Are Actually Doing
"Payout time" is not one process. It is three, running in sequence, and only the last one involves moving money. Understanding which phase you are stuck in tells you whether to wait or to act.
Eligibility check minutes – hours
Automated. Confirms the balance is at least 100 SC, that the Sweeps Coins have satisfied playthrough, and that the account is in good standing and not in an excluded state. Failures here surface fast, usually as a rejected request rather than a pending one.
Identity & compliance review (KYC) hours – days
The phase that eats first-time payouts. A human or automated reviewer matches your submitted ID and address documents against the account and the destination payment details. If documents are missing, blurry, expired, or in a different name than the payout account, the request parks here indefinitely and no amount of waiting resolves it.
Payment transit same day – 3 banking days
Once approved, the money moves at the speed of the rail, not the casino. ACH settles on banking days and ignores weekends and federal holidays entirely. E-wallet and gift card deliveries generally land faster because they skip the banking calendar. This phase is the reason a Friday-approved bank transfer can feel like it vanished until Tuesday.
The 2–7 day window in our tracker measures the end-to-end experience for an account that is already verified. Phase durations above describe how that window is typically distributed; they are our operational read, not figures published by the operator.
Payout Readiness Auditor
Check off what is genuinely true of your account. The auditor separates hard blockers (things that will stop or reject the request outright) from delay factors (things that push you toward the slow end of the window), and gives you a realistic estimate instead of a marketing one.

Findings
Baseline is the tracker-verified 2–7 day window for a clean, already-verified account. Adjustments for first-time review, weekend submission, payment flags, and method transit are Bonus Sensei estimates based on how these pipelines generally behave — they are not operator-published figures. Your account is the authority.
"Pending" Decoded
Pending is a status, not a verdict. Match your symptom to the cause before contacting support — it makes the ticket dramatically shorter.
| Symptom | Most Likely Cause | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Pending for 24–72h, first redemption | Normal KYC review queue | Wait. Do not resubmit. |
| Pending past 7 days, no messages | Document rejected or never received | Check account messages and spam, re-upload clear photos |
| Request rejected instantly | Below 100 SC, or playthrough not cleared | Verify redeemable vs. total SC balance |
| Approved but no money after 3+ banking days | ACH transit, wrong account details, or weekend | Confirm routing/account digits, count banking days only |
| Asked for extra documents | Source-of-funds or enhanced due diligence | Normal at higher amounts. Supply exactly what is asked. |
| Someone offers to "release" your payout for a fee | Impersonation scam | Never pay. Report and block. |
How Chumba Compares
Two to seven days is mid-pack. It is not the fastest window on the board, and the 100 SC minimum is on the higher side — a combination that means Chumba rewards patient accumulation more than quick flips. Its sibling platform Global Poker runs the same 2–7 day profile, which is what you would expect from shared VGW payment infrastructure.
See the full ranked list, including the platforms that clear in 1–3 days and the ones with far lower minimums, in the Redemption Speed Table.
One Structural Warning
A high minimum plus a multi-day window means your balance is exposed to platform risk for longer. Sweepstakes operators do wind down — VGW is currently sunsetting LuckyLand Slots, with a hard redemption deadline that will strand balances under the minimum. Read the shutdown guide for what that looks like in practice, then decide how large a balance you are comfortable parking.
Next Steps
Work out how much of your balance actually survives to a redeemable state in the playthrough & wash math guide, check the operator's track record in Is Chumba Legit?, or review the platform-agnostic process in the general redemption guide.
